The press release announces that the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), in partnership with the Academy for Responsible Research, Teaching, and Innovation at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), is organising a workshop titled “Ethical, legal, social impact/aspect research frameworks: Towards an ELS-X Research community in Europe”. As part of the AI-CODE project, this initiative aims to tackle the long-standing challenges in ELSI/ELSA (Ethical, Legal, and Social Impact/Aspects) research. The workshop seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on how ELS-X research can better define its objectives, practices and target audiences, enhance collaboration across disciplines, and contribute to stronger networking in the international research community, while calling for abstracts and posters that explore key questions about impact, interdisciplinarity, methods, timing and relation to other frameworks in research and innovation.
